Project: New Volunteer Training

Overview:
This module is a comprehensive parent education training program to meet the uniform needs of parent volunteers district-wide. To initiate this project, I conducted a thorough Needs Analysis involving stakeholders and facilitated two distinct Focus Groups. These assessments revealed a clear demand for an eLearning Training solution.

I then proceeded to craft the foundational framework, including a detailed storyboard and video scripts, utilizing Adobe Illustrator. I identified the three core strands essential for the training's success. The entire training program was meticulously designed using Storyline 360, ensuring its adaptability for widespread and long-term use, thus guaranteeing consistent access to essential content across schools for multiple years.
